Engageware’s appointment-driven personalization solutions were a big hit at the Future Stores 2016 trade show in Seattle this month.
At a show that reimagines the future of retail, Engageware was a natural fit for retailers who are looking for new, more effective ways to engage with their customers and drive more sales.
Great topics from presenters included how retailers need to be forward-looking and empower store associates to put the customer in control of their experience. That strategy that fits perfectly with what Engageware provides to our retail customers and their clientele.
One of the highlights of the show (and it’s not just us saying it, the audience was very enthusiastic) was the presentation delivered by Engageware CEO, Gary Ambrosino.
In his session, The Unfulfilled Promise of Today’s On-Demand Economy, Gary drove home the importance of personalization in today’s on-demand economy. It is no longer enough, he said, for retailers to provide the same level of service as so many other industries. Retail success requires connecting with the on-demand lifestyles of today’s consumers. It’s personalization that sets retailers apart from competition.
Based on what we heard from many top retailers and companies that provide products and services to them, there’s no doubt that the retail industry is on the move, and will be making strides to improve the experiences of consumers and associates, both physically and digitally.
