Appointment Scheduling

With new enhancements focused on communication, flexibility, and ease of use, June’s Appointment Scheduling releases give your team more control and your customers a more personalized, seamless experience. 

Question Responses in Email

Custom responses to appointment questions can now be individually used in email subject lines, email bodies, calendar entries, and elsewhere. This allows for detailed and customized communications, greater insight for internal teams, and improved customer visibility into appointment details.   

Additional Attendees

Customers can now invite others, like family members, when booking an appointment with a professional. This ensures everyone receives the same updates and confirmations.  

Streamlined Administrative Experience

We’re excited to introduce our redesigned Location Management Interface, enabling locations to be created and managed with less overhead and training and fewer clicks.

Scheduler for Salesforce

June 2025 Scheduler for Salesforce Releases aims to empower employees with innovative tools and give them greater control and insights into bookings.  

Edit Attendees of Booking Meetings

Now, you can update attendee lists, add/remove internal team members, or reassign the meeting organizer from Salesforce. 

Edit Meeting Duration

Need to shorten or extend a booked meeting? No problem. As long as time is available, you can adjust meeting lengths directly within the system.

Knowledge Management

Two new reports are available, making life easier and providing more insights for your knowledge management admins.  

Search Report

Search Report is a brand-new report that provides visibility into all searches performed, the content returned, and its score. This report will show top search topics and popular categories of topics. Search can be filtered by attributes such as date, score, widget, and device type.  

Popularity Report 2.0

This upgraded report gives new visual charts for content views and clicks, including content views over time by type, total views by category, and views by webpage. Users can filter content by attributes such as dare, type, category, page, and widget.

WhatsApp Carousel Templates

Easily manage and send WhatsApp Carousel message templates from Engage. 

Engage Assets Upload Support

A new “Assets” section lets you upload and manage media or documents used in template messages. 

Engage Meta MM Lite API Integration

 Select the optimal API for your WhatsApp campaigns—Cloud or Lite—for better deliverability and read rates. 

DocuSign Integration for Live

 Agents can now send DocuSign templates uploaded by admins directly within Live. 

Live Session Start Status Selection

Customers can bypass the status page and jump into the session’s login experience.
