Now, you can update attendee lists, add/remove internal team members, or reassign the meeting organizer from Salesforce.
Need to shorten or extend a booked meeting? No problem. As long as time is available, you can adjust meeting lengths directly within the system.
Two new reports are available, making life easier and providing more insights for your knowledge management admins.
Search Report is a brand-new report that provides visibility into all searches performed, the content returned, and its score. This report will show top search topics and popular categories of topics. Search can be filtered by attributes such as date, score, widget, and device type.
This upgraded report gives new visual charts for content views and clicks, including content views over time by type, total views by category, and views by webpage. Users can filter content by attributes such as dare, type, category, page, and widget.
